“Full Moon Magic” was the theme for the April OwlCrate box featuring a collection of fandom-light, unique, (and useable!) goodies. Here is what was included this month:

Canvas pouch + wooden moon phase banner. I am pretty obsessed with stars, moons, moon phases … anything celestial. I have a star tattoo, plans for a moon and more star tattoos, and I have a moon phases metal banner above my bed AND a large canvas moon phase print … so, let’s just say this wooden banner is right up my alley. I love that the canvas pouch that held this banner featured a quote from Oscar Wilde. These little extra attention to details is what really sets OwlCrate apart.

Carrying on with the love of moons we have this delicate rose gold finish bracelet. I love the subtle design of this piece and that it is easily adjustable. Again, adding the moons to the packaging of this bracelet was such a great touch.

Shatter Me inspired tote with artwork & lettering by Unlucky Design. I really love the canvas totes versus the polyester bags that dominated 2019. I’m not sure if this is a permanent switch, but I am really happy and this subtle moon design is wonderful.

I am always game for notepads and notebooks being an obsessive note taker and list maker. This hardcover, metal coil notebook is packed with lined pages and features another Oscar Wilde quote, designed by Kim Becker Design. These OwlCrate notepads are such high quality!

A puzzle! I am loving all the puzzles included in book boxes lately and this 300 piece Remus Lupin puzzle is gorgeous. I love this character –  my Harry Potter loving daughter and I will have fun de-stressing with some lemonade and putting this together this summer.

The enamel pin of the month is probably my favourite we’ve ever received! This lovely owl pin was created by White Wide Woods. Can’t wait to read this book and discover this owl character!

April’s book of the month was Bone Crier’s Moon by Kathryn Purdie and came with a lovely unique cover, golden sprayed edges, signed by the author, and with an author letter! This has been a highly buzzed novel and was included in many book boxes this spring … I’m very intrigued to read it.

As always OwlCrate continues to provide us with amazing boxes. Their attention to detail, the quality of the products … they always go the extra mile for their subscribers. The value is always well exceeding the cost of the box and I can’t recommend them enough.
