Now that Fleetwood Mac’s “Go Your Own Way” has been in my head since OwlCrate announced the June theme, I’m excited to share all the awesome goodies and finally (hopefully) get this song off repeat! Here’s everything included in this amazing box (which I absolutely loved!!):

Continuing with the Seasonal Drinkware collection for 2021, OwlCrate has delivered this amazing stainless steel water bottle just in time for these hot summer days! A beautiful, floral design created by artist Macarena Chomik has me thinking tropical beaches and the quote from Benjamin Alire Saenz’s Aristotle and Dante Discover the Secrets of the Universe is a perfect fit! I love that this water bottle is shorter and wider, so it still holds as much liquid as my S’well water bottles but fits much nicer into my bag!

Throne of Glass fans rejoice! OwlCrate has you looking forward to your next packed lunch with this Terrasen Lunch Tote designed by the amazing artist Janine Lecour. This insulated, large, soft side lunch bag will be perfect for picnics or school/office lunches. Even if you aren’t a TOG fan, this gorgeous print can be appreciated by anyone!

A Strange the Dreamer item is already a favourite item in any box for me, but this absolutely stunning art print featuring beautiful gold foiling from @kimcarlika_art has to take top prize for my favourite Strange the Dreamer item ever. It is an art print that has to be seen in person to be fully appreciated. I’ll definitely be framing this and hanging it by my desk!

I love Erin Morgenstern and her wonderfully unique and wildly weird storytelling – I’m so pleased OwlCrate included a Starless Sea inspired item! This substantial, enamel bottle opener doubles as a fridge magnet, which I really appreciate because I don’t open a lot of bottles around here! I’m so happy OwlCrate often includes items with multi-use like this. The bottle opener was designed by Pineapple Sundays.

Lastly, before the book, is this awesome decision coin inspired by the popular Fable duology by Adrienne Young! Designed by Iron and Ink Designs, you can use this beautiful coin the next time you have a difficult decision to make, simply give it a flip. I really hope most of your decisions lead to “smooth sailings” rather than “rough seas”!! Personally, I just love using this coin as a mini fidget spinner, it feels so nice just to play with while I’m thinking!

I’m really excited by June’s book pick – Sisters of the Snake – which was written by sister authors Sarena and Sasha Nanua (who also happen to be Canadian!). This month’s book came with a gorgeous turquoise exclusive cover, signed by the authors, exclusive foil design on the hardback, reversible dust jacket artwork and an author letter! A truly deluxe special edition!!

The lovely, sparkly monthly pin was designed by Icey Designs and was inspired by the ruby bloodstone which features in this month’s book pick!

This was truly a spectacular box and there are some left in the shop if you head over to owlcrate.com! Sign up now for August’s “Dark Academia” box and use code TALES15 to save 15% of your first box in a new subscription!
