I have found myself willingly submerged in the Middle Eastern Fantasy world of the Daevabad Trilogy S.A. Chakraborty created and I do not care to reenter society … thankyouverymuch.

Even though I just finished this book, I knew it would be my book pick for March. It is everything I feel is missing in my reads right now, an absorbing fantasy with intelligent writing, complicated & fully completed magical worlds. Mythology, history, fantasy, romance, all combining in such a swirling, luxurious novel that I could barely put down … pausing only long enough to run to the bookstore to grab the sequel.

If you’ve been waiting on this one, you’re missing out, friends.
