Holiday Gift Guide for Her 2020

Whether you’re in the “it’s Holiday go-time, let’s do this!” or “ugh, it’s the Holidays and I am already so overwhelmed” camp (honestly I’m fluctuating between these two every day) – it’s always nice to scroll through gift guides! So grab a cuppa something … preferably warm … and take a few minutes to peruse through some amazing goodies I’ve rounded up.

This year I’ve made three gift guides based on feedback from last year – For Her, For Kids, and (new this year) For Bookworms. I spend hours … hours … researching the corners of the web starting sometime in August to create these lists, so I hope you enjoy and get some inspiration for your own gift giving game! Wherever you are, I truly hope the upcoming season is restful and joyful for you and yours.

Frida Kahlo Mug

The Quirky Cup Collective – $35 USD

I am obsessed with the celestial amazing-ness that is The Quirky Cup Collective and her brilliant, joyful designs. My hubby surprised me with this set earlier this fall and I love them. This Frida mug is so bright and colourful, celebrating an amazing woman of history. The quote from Frida on the reverse side sums up 2020 so brilliantly: “At the end of the day we can endure much more than we think we can.”

Goodee – $100 USD

I know, it’s a scarf. Scarves get a bad rap of being boring and uninspiring …. but not this one. These beautiful scarves are handmade in Spain with 100% natural materials – mohair and wool. Founded in 1930, Ezcaray continues to be standard bearers for artisanal craftsmanship – working with local artisans, each piece is handmade with supreme wool fibres resulting in heirloom quality pieces. Dessert Stand Carrier

Anthropologie – $28 USD

I am obsessed with anything and everything Anthropologie … but especially their homeware/bakeware section. Anyone who has ever had to transport iced cupcakes, cakes, cookies or squares knows how useful a good baked good carrier is! What I love especially about this one is that it is a stand/display and cover all-in-one, making for quick set up, cover up and transport. As useful hosting as it is bringing to a party – a great host/hostess gift option.

Saje – $24 CDN

I’m new to this resoundingly popular natural oil, Canadian company and am super excited by this item! I’m always looking for ways to replace unnecessarily environmentally wasteful products – like cotton balls, plastic wrap, make up removing clothes and dryer sheets! Replace nasty dryer sheets (bad for you and the environment) with these woollen dryer balls + Tranquility Diffuser Oil set. Simply add 5-10 drops of diffuser oil to the woollen balls and toss into your dryer and voila! (Wool dryer balls are made from ethically sourced, cruelty free New Zealand Wool).

This 3 piece gift set is a great intro to the cult favourite brand.
