The theme for the March Frostbeard Lit Box was Baker Street, a much appreciated theme for my Sherlock Holmes loving husband! Here’s all the wonderful goodies included this month:

It’s hard to imagine a proper British themed box that doesn’t include a package of tea and luckily Riddle’s Tea Shoppe came through with this A Study In Tea. Riddle’s Tea makes excellent quality and unique tea blends and I appreciate they are always very conscientious about allergens. Most of their teas are gluten, soy, and peanut free.

An excellent quality, Frostbeard brand metal candle snuffer. A similar pair of wick trimmers were included in the November box and have been fantastic! Roxie has told me in the past that candle snuffers are much easier on the wicks, limits smoke, and stops burnt pieces of wick from dropping in the wax pool. Very happy to have my own pair to extend/improve the life of my candles!

A yummy treat is usually included in each box and this month’s treat was a pair of homemade early grey shortbread cookies from Cafe Warshafsky. I’m unfortunately unable to eat gluten but my daughter was happy to take this off my hands and said they were delicious!

Adorable little Sherlock themed pocket journal. This cute little notebook was designed by Ariel Wilson and is my favourite item in the box, mostly because I have an unreasonable addiction to notebooks … You can never have enough!

Sherlock Icon button by Oakes Bay Road (which has been taken by my hubby) and a cool Sherlock’s London literary postcard from RedBubble were also included this month.

March’s Candle of the Month was Watson’s Journal – a combination of black tea, parchment, and vanilla. It is a clean, fresh, “manly” scent that pairs very well with Sherlock’s Study (one of our households favourite Frostbeard Candles).

Frostbeard always makes such high qualtiy, unique smelling candles and these Lit Boxes are such a fabulous pick-me-up every month. All items this month really complimented the Sherlock Holmes theme and I love that Frostbeard continues to work with small business to bring these boxes to life.
